Your best (and safest) bet would be to ask a pharmacist if there are any interactions listed between the drugs and supplements you’re taking. Doctors and pharmacists both have access to a database of drug and supplement interactions and they can tell you quickly if you can safely take them together or not…. anyone here will just have a best guess from searching on the internet (which isn’t always accurate, as we all know)
As a side note, I would be more cautious about taking Nexium and other acid blockers long-term. If your stomach doesn’t have enough acid to break down heartier nutrients (especially minerals and proteins), your body will leech it from other areas (namely the bones and joints). I have heard too many reports of people getting Arthritis-like and/or Osteoporosis symptoms after being on acid blockers for too long. It may be best to check with your doctor to see if you still need to take them or if there are natural options available as well. Good luck and I hope I helped!
